The power of the single punch tablet press is enclosed in small dimensions but thanks to its sturdy construction the compression force reaches up to 50kN: perfect to fulfill the needs of the most innovative R&D laboratories and pharmacies which are looking for a prestigious and versatile punch.
The compression area is divided into three units. The central unit, nickel plate holder, upon request, can also be supplied either in or stainless steel covered. The top unit with the upper punch which compresses the powder in the loading chamber; the lower part contrasts the compression and extraction of the punched tablet. Feeder anticorodal anodized aluminum.
Punches change and machine disassembly for cleaning: It is possible to change formats (punches and dies) in an easy and fast way without needing special tools.
