Dynamic Temperature Control Systems

Dynamic temperature control systems made by JULABO (PRESTO, Forte HT) are designed for precise temperature control as well as rapid temperature changes, making them ideal for glass reactors, pressure reactors and continuous flow reactors, material stress tests or temperature simulations. These thermostats (TCUs) cover a working temperature range of -92°C to up to +400°C with high cooling and heating capacity.

JULABO’s PRESTO systems are designed for precise temperature control as well as rapid temperature changes, making them ideal for reactor vessels, material stress tests and temperature simulations. Highly efficient components, low internal volume and closed circulation circuit give these instruments the ability to compensate for exothermic and endothermic reactions with extraordinary speed.

The PRESTO units are extremely robust and work reliably even in an ambient temperature of +40°C. Multiple interfaces permit remote control of the PRESTO across networks and in superordinate control systems. Closed side panels without ventilation slits minimize the space needed to operate. JULABO Forte HT high temperature circulators are designed for temperature control in closed external systems. They provide powerful heating capacities for shortest heat-up times and rapid compensation of exothermic and endothermic reactions. The closed construction prevents oil fumes even at high temperatures and the units provide automatic heat-up and cracking protection to ensure a long lifetime of the bath fluid. Units with model designation ‚C.U.‘ are equipped with a powerful cooling unit for tap water connection. This allows for temperature applications already at +20 °C and for rapid cooling.

Typical applications: reactors, autoclaves, distillation columns, miniplant installations, pilot plants and production facilities. More information
