Besides the seven standard sizes from 10 to 300 Liters, there are also custom vessels on request available; either in the S-Type design for general applications or in the G-Type design for GLP / GMP validated applications. These scalable systems offer high oxygen and thermal transfer performances due to an agitation system that combines the patented HTPG4™ three bladed impellers and a Rushton turbine. INOXPA offers automated and customized CIP/SIP units to guarantee a controlled cleaning and sterilization of all elements required (tanks, pipes, pumps) in a reliable, repetitive and verifiable manner, without having to disassemble the entire process plants. The sterilization of the process plants is carried out with steam supplied by a clean steam generator. Chemical sterilization is also possible. As this product can be of a high value, the PIG system recovers and removes it and prepares the pipeline for a CIP process. Another benefit is the reduction of the fluid sent to the sewage treatment plant. The main application of the PIG system is viscous media.
