Parallel Evaporators

Parallel evaporation of multiple samples is an essential prerequisite to increase productivity in parallel and multistage synthesis, extraction, quality control and chromatography. The BÜCHI evaporation systems provide a quick and safe solution even with high-boiling solvents and achieve high efficiency for multiple sample evaporation at an impressive small footprint and an easy operation. The evaporation is assisted by built-in shaking platforms. BÜCHI offers complete solutions for your applications, consisting of a parallel evaporator, a suitable condenser to recover the solvents, a comprehensive vacuum system and a recirculating chiller for cooling the condensers.

The Multivapor P-6 / P-12 allow for efficient, simultaneous evaporation of multiple samples. Due to flexible rack replacement it is ideal for 6 or 12 samples with volumes of 5 to 160 ml. Moreover, the sample transfer from other Büchi systems, such as the SpeedExtractor, is optimized by using the same vessels. More info

The Büchi Syncore Analyst increases the throughput by concentrating up to 12 samples in parallel to a residual volume and integrates solid phase extraction (SPE) to eliminate contamination risks. The Büchi Syncore Polyvap is designed for fast evaporation of up to 96 samples in parallel with volumes from 0.5 to 500 ml. It integrates solid phase extraction (SPE) to eliminate contamination risks. Moreover, no nitrogen is needed, cross-contamination is prevented by the vacuum cover and high recovery rates are achieved (up to 100% solvent recovery).

The system evaporates even high-boiling solvents due to the heated cover and prevents boiling retardation during evaporation thanks to variable orbital shaking. More info
